What we love
The fantastic location where you can enjoy peace and tranquility whilst the beautiful beach and town centre are just a 10 minute flat stroll away. An open plan all on one level traditional, family friendly, luxury interior with all the modern home comforts you could wish for.
Comfortable solid wood beds with Emma mattresses and good quality bed linen for the perfect night’s rest. A fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a spacious sun drenched terrace to really enjoy the outdoor mediterranean lifestyle.
About us
We, Anita and Raymond are an English/Spanish and Dutch couple with a love for the Spanish lifestyle.
We currently live in Holland, Voorburg but try to escape as much as we can to enjoy
time in Moraira and Valencia – a wonderful combination of coast and city.
The interior
Open plan spacious living, kitchen and dining areas with ceiling fans, air conditioning, Oled flatscreen tv with all the tv channels, Heos sound system and wi-fi. The living room has access to the outside terrace and swimming pool.

Why we chose Moraira
We both fell in love and lived in Moraira for several years before circumstances meant moving back to Holland but, fortunately, we are still able to visit frequently and enjoy the laid back life style. Moraira is a picturesque fishing town on the North Costa Blanca with 8km of varied coastline and set against a stunning backdrop of lush green mountains.
It is situated in-between Spain’s third and fourth largest cities, Alicante and Valencia, with Alicante airport 80 km away and Valencia 100 km. It enjoys a wonderful Mediteranean micro-climate and the World Health Organisation recommended Moraira as one of the healthiest places in the world to live. In the quaint town centre you will find beautiful clean beaches, small bays and a wide variety of restaurants, bars and boutiques to keep you entertained.
